In the Dark

In the Dark is a work in progress title that follows a young adult, Brenna McBradaigh and her mother Siobhan as they set out on life changing events to reunite.

In small, hidden village, Brenna spent her life waiting for her powers to manifest. “The Girl without Magic,” she would call herself in frustration. Brenna memorized every spell her mother taught her so she could be ready when her powers finally came.

As Brenna waited for a day that would never come, her mother, Siobhan, struggled to find the right time and the right words to tell Brenna why she would never wield magic. But before the truth could be revealed, Brenna is faced with a foe that not even magic could stop.

Her life would be changed forever as she is hurled into new and strange territories searching for the truth about her past, while trying not to lose her mind on the journey.

Most wielders… Continue reading In the Dark – Chapter 2
